How to prepare for your call

◆ Have the piece (or pieces) you'd like to discuss nearby.

◆ If you know any history — who it belonged to, roughly how old it is — jot it down. 

◆ Any past appraisals, receipts, or certificates are helpful, but not required. 

◆ Come with your questions. There's no wrong one to ask.
