I've spent 25 years buying antique, vintage and fine jewelry, developing an eye for the pieces that make me stop and take a closer look — and the ones that don't.
As a buyer, I look at jewelry from a practical marketplace perspective: "Is this something someone would actually want to buy?"
That perspective can be especially useful when you're trying to decide whether a piece deserves an appraisal, should be sold, or simply doesn't need any more of your time.

Bring out the boxes, drawers, trays and collections you've been putting off dealing with. Don't worry about organizing everything.

We'll meet privately by video using your phone, tablet or computer. You show me the pieces as we go.

I'll point out what catches my attention and explain why. We'll separate pieces that may deserve further attention from pieces you probably don't need to worry about.

For each piece or group of pieces, we'll discuss what makes the most sense: further appraisal, consider selling, precious-metal value, vintage or collectible interest, keep it, or move on.
