Hi, I’m Nicholle. I’m a 25-year veteran of the jewelry industry and I use my skills to help other people turn their passion for vintage jewelry into profit by sharing what I’ve learned over the course of my career.

I’m a GIA graduate gemologist, a jewelry appraiser and an antique jewelry specialist. I now help jewelry store owners across the country how to manage profitable estate departments within their stores to raise the gross profit of the entire business by interconnecting their estate business with all the other departments. It sounds hard, but it’s actually a lot of the same simple techniques that I’ve been teaching students just like you how to do on a smaller scale, without sacrificing the impact on your collections or profits.

Why I created this:

Back when I first started, I would ask more experienced jewelry store owners for help and no one would help me because they thought I was their competitor- even if I lived 3 states away!

I found a whole bunch of GateKeepers who were operating on  a centuries-old fear of competition instead of mutual cooperation that helped everyone involved.

I created this course because I realized that this business, like many others, is one of those that you need to have a mentor to figure out. Someone has to SHOW you all these things or you’ll never figure it out. Now that I’ve been dealing with jewelry store owners for so long, I’ve seen that this business usually gets passed down-along with all the secrets of the trade- to a son or daughter. Those 2nd (and 3rd and 4th and 5th) generation kids have the benefit of all the wisdom that came before them. I realized, also, that the wisdom is usually gatekept. So I’m here to share this information because I think that gatekeeping is NOT the way to go. I’m here to raise the water so all the ships can float.
